Property access:

Bow-wow Boredom Busters will only gain access to your property via an agreed access point. Bow-Wow Buddies will NOT enter private dwellings without prior agreement/consent.  

Insurance:

All Bow-wow Buddies are Police Checked, Public Liability Cover, WHS/OHS awareness and Transit Insurance.

Duty of Care: 

Bow-Wow Buddies will only utilise what is available to them onsite (eg: Clients dog toys, water play etc) However, Bow-Wow Buddies will occasionally have 'non-chewable' apparatuses/items with them to assist your dog to engage in fun play, e.g: Animal friendly bubbles, treats, toy lure and trick/brain training items for additional stimulation in play.

This is to minimise cross-contamination and illness, such as Parvo/CPV.  

Sanitiser/hand wash will be used before & after each session as an added precaution. 

All dogs must be human friendly/sociable and ideally have basic manners training. 

Communication:

Communication will be made via our App.

Please note; If something has been observed or simply seems out of character or a safety concern, clients will be contacted to discuss what action to take.

Examples, but not limited to: 

- An injury or health concern of the animal

- Concerns of property damage that may cause harm

- Provision concerns

- Security/Safety concerns

- Community concerns

Weather/Environment Conditions:

OHS/WHS protocols: 

Bow-Wow Buddies will not complete offsite services in wet weather due to potential slips/accidents. 

If temperatures reach over 28 degrees, Bow-Wow Buddies will discuss alternative options with Head office and owners. This may include rescheduling. We appreciate our clients being understanding when sudden changes or cancelations are made, as our Australian weather is often unpredictable.
